A: You need to be removed the protective film from the charging part of
each earbud before the first use.
Q:Why the music cuts in and out sometimes?
A: Please make sure there is no obstacle between Enacfire earbuds and
your mobile phone.
Please make sure there is no Microwave oven / wifi transmitter arround
you, which are more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and
resultin signal interruption
Note: Please keep your phone and the master earphone (L) as close as
possible, ensure more stable bluetooth connection.
