11.5 Process
11.5.1 Process temperature range
–20 to +85 °C (–4 to +185 °F)
The sensor can be exposed to process temperatures up to 130 °C (266 °F) without being
damaged. The monitoring system switches off automatically at T ≥ 85 °C (185 °F) and starts
again at T ≤ 85 °C (185 °F).
