If you hear a two-tone audible alarm with a flashing LED, an alarm situation has occurred.

The thermal sensor is out of range Measure the temperature of the
battery
Green flash Phase 1 and/or
phase 2 shall have
a duration in excess
of the maximum
permitted duration
The battery is not compatible with
the high frequency charger
Verify the battery capacity
