Drill conduits
Drill conduit entry holes as needed and install the conduit grounding
lugs for each opening. Be sure to reseal any unused conduit entry
holes with the sealing plugs.
Main supply conductors may enter the IQ System Controller from
the bottom or bottom-left side.
IQ Battery, IQ Combiner, and PV conductors may enter from the
bottom, bottom-left, or bottom-right sides.
The size of the conductors (line, neutral, and ground) depends
on the service or breaker rating and voltage rise requirements
according to local codes.
Refer to the conductor rating table on the door of the
IQ System Controller.
* The recommendation is applicable for 200 A-rated wire with a bending radius as per NEC codes.
NOTE: Drilling on the rear wall of the IQ System Controller for conduit entry is not supported.
