Why does my Entrematic Control Panel open by itself?

If your Entrematic Control Panel opens unexpectedly, it might be due to unstable radars or radars detecting movement. To resolve this, ensure the radar is not subjected to vibrations and isn't making false readings. Also, check for any moving objects within the radar's range.

If your Entrematic Control Panel starts to open or close but then halts abruptly, the issue could stem from several causes. One potential cause is a disconnected, faulty, or with false contacts encoder (flashing POWER ALARM LED). Verify the encoder connection, clean the contacts by disconnecting and reconnecting the encoder plug, or consider replacing the encoder. Another cause can be crossed motor leads (flashing POWER ALARM LED), so check the motor leads. Also, friction could be the cause. Manually inspect the door wings to ensure they move freely, and adjust the door wing height if necessary by lifting it.

If your Entrematic Control Panel isn't opening or closing, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the control panel is receiving power. If the POWER ALARM LED is off, check the power supply. Also, short-circuited accessories can cause this issue; disconnect all accessories from terminals 0-1 (ensure 24V= is present) and reconnect them one by one to identify any faulty components. A blown line fuse (F1) can also be the culprit, so try replacing it. The stop contact might be open, so inspect terminal 9 and the function selector switch position (if present). Check that the door wings move freely, as bolts and locks can prevent movement. Also, verify terminals 6 and 8 of the control panel for safety contact issues (SA LED on). Ensure radars aren't falsely triggering due to vibrations ...
