AUX IN - Non USB Connection
By using the included power supply, the Converge Transmitter can function without connec-
tion to the USB port of a computer.
An auxiliary audio source may be connected by plugging in the supplied stereo headphone
cable to the jack on the Converge Transmitter marked AUX IN. The other end of the cable can
be connected to the headphone jack of any external audio device. Input from the external
audio source will be broadcast to all Eos receivers/speakers. In this conguration only the AUX
IN function is supported.
Powered multi-media/computer speakers can be connected to the Converge Transmitter by
plugging in the stereo jack from the speakers into the jack labeled AUDIO OUT.
AUX IN Connection
The diagram below shows the connection using the stand-alone, non-USB connection to an
external audio device.
IMPORTANT - For best performance set the external audio device’s Volume output to
maximum level. See “Operations” instruction on page 10 of this manual.
