Error 6
Overload
– Undervoltage or overvoltage.
Error in frequency converter (FC), thermal
overload.
– Not ready after switching on the
frequency converter.
– FC has carried out a RESET, caused
by mains interruption.
Device stops without braking
– Check mains supply!
(Does starting of rotor or cooling
aggregate cause deviations?)
– Customer service program 9
• view the error table of the
converter.
– Check ribbon cable from converter to
X9 of the PCB Control.
– Check the overtemperature sensor of
the motor and its connections to the
converter.
– Check the brake resistors, replace
them if necessary (150 Ω each).
– Check motor fan, replace if necessary.
Service program 6.
(Only present in refrigerated
centrifuges.)
– Check the converter, replace it if
necessary.
Customer service program 3.
– See "Problems with defective
frequency converter, motor, brake
resistors, overload, Error 6",
page 3-17.
Error 7 Overspeed monitoring.
– Maximum rotational speed of the rotor
is exceeded.
– There are regulator deviations of ±
800 1/min from the nominal value.
– Perhaps resulting error from Error 25.
Device stops without braking.
– Service program 9.
– Check the motor, replace it if
necessary.
– Replace the converter if necessary.
