3 Error lists / Troubleshooting
Error 8 Acceleration ramps are not met.
– Slippage monitoring (comparison
rotational field-actual rotational speed)
during acceleration.
Device brakes.
– Service program 11.
Determination of the acceleration
time.
– Replace the converter if necessary.
– Check the motor, replace it if
necessary.
Error 9 Writing error EEPROM. – Re-initialize the EEPROM with service
program 5.
– Replace the "Control" PCB.
Error 10 Reading error EEPROM.
Error display and setting of standard
settings. If there is an error when reading
the setting for imbalance the device
cannot start (error 2!). Writing and reading
operations are only carried out when the
device is at a standstill (after switching
on, after a run, manual rotor recognition)
– Re-initialize the EEPROM with service
program 5.
– Replace the "Control" PCB.
Error 11 Watchdog reset, software or hardware
error.
No actions possible, after a reset the port
lines are constantly reset to 1.
– Replace the EPROM or the
PROCESSOR (IC1).
– Replace the "Control" PCB.
Error 12 EDP error
– Serial PC interface: error during trans-
mission.
Device can be operated by hand.
Check the interface PCB and the plug
connections for correct positioning.
