Error 17 Error during transmission of select
telegram to FC.
– Queue overflow FC telegrams.
– Error after 3 repetitions of a select
telegram.
Device switches off – stops without
braking.
– Customer service program 9
• view the error table of the
converter.
– Check cable and connections at plug
X9 and X2.
– Check the overtemperature sensor of
the motor and its connections to the
converter .

Overtemperature of the rotor chamber.
– After the regulation (temp.) the interval
of ±5 °C is exceeded.
– Coolant can not be aspirated, ambient
temperature is too low.
– After starting a run, the chamber tem-
perature exceeds the nominal value or
during a run, the chamber tempera-
ture exceeds the value (nominal
value + 10 °C).
– Refrigeration aggregate does not
work.
– An FC with extended temperature
range was replaced by an old FC.
– Rotor chamber temperature > 50 °C.
Device switches off – braked stop.
– Room temperature too high?
Direct sunlight?
– Wait 4 hours following transport.
Bring the centrifuge into a room with a
room temperature of 22 °C.
– Is ventilation ensured by sufficient
clearence at the sides of the device?
– Which rotor is used? Can the desired
temperature be achieved with this
rotor and this adapters?

guide)
– Is the lid sealing damaged?
Is the lid closed correctly? (Air entry
may lead to heavy icing in the rotor
chamber. The regulation is interfered,
full performance is not reached).
– Is the condenser fan contaminated,
defective? Check with service
program 6.
– Service program 6,
check temperature sensors,
condenser and bottom of rotor
chamber.
– PCB Control defective?
