Error 19 Overtemperature at the condenser – tem-
perature > 75 °C.
– Fan is blocked / does not start, air
intake is covered.
– Temperature sensor defective.
Device switches off – braked stop, the
refrigeration aggregate is switched off,
the fan keeps running.
Let the refrigeration aggregate cool
down, check the air intake.
Check whether the condenser fan rotates
when the aggregate is switched on.
– Service program 6.
– Check temperature sensors, condenser
and bottom of rotor chamber.
– Check the condenser fan, replace it if
necessary.
– Check all plug connections X3, X5,
X10.
– Check whether the refrigeration
aggregate is filled.
Error 20 Temperature sensor in the rotor chamber
is defective.
Device switches off – braked stop.
Refrigeration aggregate switches off.
– Service program 6.
– Check sensor in rotor chamber.
– Replace the sensor or the "Control"
PCB.
Error 21 Temperature sensor on condenser
defective (NTC).
– Measuring value is not within < –8
°C> 91 °C.
Device switches off – braked
deceleration, refrigeration keeps running.
– Service program 6.
– Check temperature sensor at
condenser.
– Replace the sensor or the "Control"
PCB.
Error 22 No 50 Hz signals for fan control.
– During run and stand-by. The fan is
controlled with full power.
– After mains on: The device is not rec-
ognized as a refrigerated device!!
– In case of sporadic occurrence:
Interference in the environment,
caused, for example, by other devices.
Interference frequencies on the power
line.
– Replace the "Control" PCB.
– Remove interference in the environ-
ment. Test the centrifuge in another
room with a different device circuit.
