Error 32 Hardware error: imbalance measuring
system.
– Check the connections on the sensor
board and plug X10.
Error 33 Measuring values outside of the
measuring range, too little space between
sensor and magnet.
– Check the connections on the sensor
board and plug X10.
Error 34 Faulty measuring series.
– Mean value not within limits or
distance too short.
– Scattering run 1–3 too great.
– Scattering run 4–6 too great.
– Distance sensor – magnet too great.
– Rotor is unbalanced during imbalance
adjustment.
– Motor continues to vibrate.
– Check the connections on the sensor
board and STV X10.

– Adjust distance Sensor – Magnet,
see Sec. 4.
– Clean pegs and nuts of the rotor/
bucket and grease slightly with
Eppendorf pivot grease.
– Test another rotor.
– When using Rotor A-4-81:
use magnet carrier imbalance
detection with 9x13 mm magnet.
– Speed sensor cable jammed.
– Replace shock mounts for motor.
– Perform imbalance calibration on a
solid bench.
Error 35 Imbalance sensor idle value exceeds the
limit (670 ± 100).
– Check the connections on the sensor
board and plug X10.
