Switching the aggregates
Key:
TEMP – refrigerating aggregate on/off
PROG – motor fan on/off
SPEED – frequency converter on/off (no control of FC, only relay on PCB audible)
TIME – Condenser fan on/off
xx – fan step (0...16)
the step can be changed by means of the PLUS and MINUS buttons
Fast cool–switching over to temperature display
xx.x – temperature of sensor in rotor chamber
yy – condenser temperature
room temperature when centrifuge in standby
Procedure for cooling problems:
• Does the refrigerating aggregate switch?
• Does the condenser fan start? Fan level 0–16
• Does the sensor in rotor chamber work? (Check with thumb, replace if necessary)
• Is the condenser temperature sensor working?
Check refrigerating system
: 5804 R, Rotor A4-44, 5000 rpm
5810 R, Rotor A4-62, 4000 rpm
Fill 50-ml tubes with "ethylene glycol".
Start program, select temperature +6 °C, "Fast Temp"
Start run
measure after 45 min with 5804 R approx. +4 °C to +8 °C
5810 R approx. +4 °C to +8 °C
Observe customer service program 1
xx = condenser temperature approx. +40 °C to +50 °C (refrigerating aggregate switches off
at +75 °C)
* = refrigerating aggregate is switched on
yy•y = actual temperature of sensor in rotor chamber
zz•z = correction nominal value (not important for service)
