Rotor recognition test / rotor pulses
START Program 8
Slowly rotate the rotor < 100 1/min
SPEED – pulse display
_ – gap passes the sensor
– magnet passes the sensor
STOP – end of pulse display
Turn rotor slowly < 100 rpm
TIME – display of rotor relation
xxx – rotor relation
y – number of measurements (2 ≤ y < 10)
zz – rotor number 1...20
STOP – ends subprogram and SE 8
Frequency converter test (FC)
When the upper part of the housing has been taken off, the check must be done without the
rotor!
START Program 9
Check voltage version before entering FC parameters (differing data records)!
Actuation SPEED buttonswitching FC on/off
PLUS button Run at approx. 120 rpm, lid opened, FC must be switched on.
MINUS buttonbraking
b – converter ready, from switching on the FC to READY indication approx. 1 s will pass
xxx – FC on/off
yyy – rotational field speed, if FC is switched on
End = STOP button; the FC is switched off, return to program selection
