4-6 Disassembly/Assembly
– Disconnect plug X10 (PCB Imbalance detection/ Hall sensor /rotor temperature).
– Remove 3 hexagonal screws of motor plate.
– Pull out motor plate.
– Remove 3 hexagonal screws for fastening of motor.
– Remove holder for Hall sensor.
– Replace motor.
Mount motor in reverse order.
Imbalance adjustment: Magnet must be aligned horizontally and vertically to Hall sensor.
Horizontal distance between magnet and
Hall sensor = approx. 9-13 mm, depending on magnet design.
– Start device.
5804/5804 R Replacing PCB Frequency converter
– Switch off device.
– Disconnect mains plug.
– Remove 6 Phillips screws from rear panel.
– Remove rear panel.
– Disconnect cable connections of PCB Frequency converter.
– Remove 4 Phillips screws from aluminum base plate (deep in bores).
– Replace complete unit.
Mount complete unit in reverse order.
Clean the plane for mounting the unit and apply thin coat of heat sink compound on com-
plete surface using a spatula.
(Not required for new FC with extended temperature range.)
– Start device.
