5804 Replacing fan
Pre-condition: Remove lid, front cover and upper part of housing.
– Pull plug.
– Remove 2 nuts.
– Replace fan.
Mount fan in reverse order.
– Start device.
5804 R/5810 R Replacing fan for cooling aggregate
Pre-condition: Remove lid, front cover and upper part of housing.
– Remove 2 Phillips screws of cover for cooling aggregate. Remove cover.
– Remove 5 Phillips screws of PCB Control.
– Lift PCB Control, pull plug X5 (fan).
– Remove 2 Allen screws of fan.
– Bend cooling pipe above fan upwards to enable removal of fan.
Mount fan for cooling aggregate in reverse order.
– Start device.
5804 R/5810 R Replacing fan for motor
Pre-condition: Remove lid, front cover and upper part of housing and motor of centrifuge.
– Remove 2 Phillips screws of fan.
– 5804 R only!
Lift PCB Control, pull plug X4 (fan).
– Replace fan.
Mount fan for motor in reverse order.
– Start device.
