Define User-defined Characters
Format:
ASCII code:
ESC &
NUL d1 d2 ... dn
Decimal:
27 38 0 d1 d2 ... dn
Hexadecimal: 1B 26 00 d1 d2 ... dn
Comments:
This command allows characters to be redefined in the currently
selected mode. The variables dl and d2 must be between 58 and 63
(3A through 3F hex).
Esc:
Copy ROM into RAM
Format:
ASCII code: ESC :
NUL NUL NUL
Decimal: 27 58 0 0 0
Hexadecimal: 1B 3A 00 00 00
Comments:
This code copies the characters in the ROM into RAM so that
specific characters can be redefined.
ESC %
Select User-defined Set
Format:
ASCII code: ESC %
n
Decimal: 27 37 n
Hexadecimal:
1B 25 n
Comments:
ESC & is required to define the character set before ESC % can be
used. For ESC % the following values can be used for n:
0: Selects the normal set.
1: Selects the user-defined set.
