Setting method

Turn off the power of this product and system, and remove cable.

Remove the DIP switch cover.

Change each setting of the switches
Refer to "DIP Switch 1 Functions" on page 29 for the function of DIP switch.

Attach the DIP switch cover, and turn on the power of this product and the system.
Setting the DIP Switches (TM-H6000VI)
When using TM-H6000VI, see the following settings.
• Set DIP switch 2-2 on the printer to "ON".
• Change the settings according to the connection method between the printer and host.
∗ Serial (USB/Ethernet controlled): Set "DM-D Enabled Interfaces" on the printer to "All".
∗ Serial (Y-type): Set "DM-D Enabled Interfaces" on the printer to "Serial I/F Only".
Do not remove the DIP switch cover until after turning the power off. Removing the cover while
the power is turned on may damage the device.
