Diagnosing Problems
Your EPSON Stylus Photo R300 Series printer includes a number of ways to help you
diagnose problems:
■ To identify the most common problems, check for messages on the control panel display
and follow the instructions provided.
■ If you’re not sure whether the problem is coming from your printer or the computer, run
a printer check as described on page 100.
■ Check for solutions in the following sections of this chapter. If none of the suggested
solutions solve your problem, contact EPSON as described on page 111.
