3. Click the document name which is in print process on the
screen, then click the stop button to cancel the print job.
When background printing is off
1. Press the Power button to turn off the printer.
2. Hold down the
J key on your keyboard and press the [.]
period key to cancel the print job.

The printer driver software allows the computer to control the
printer according to the settings you make for your printing
requirements.
Making the Media Type setting
The Media Type setting determines what other settings are
available, so you should always make this setting first.
