If paper has jammed in the rear manual feed tray, try these solutions:
1. Cancel the print job from your computer, if necessary.
2. Press the paper/cancel button to eject the paper from the back of the product.
3. Carefully remove the jammed paper as shown.
4. After removing the paper, press the paper/cancel button again to clear the error.
5. If you are unable to remove the paper, turn the product off and slowly pull the paper out.
Note: If you are still unable to remove the paper or clear the error, contact Epson for support.
