Checking Print Status - Mac
During printing, you can view the progress of your print job, control printing, and check ink status.
1. Click the printer icon when it appears in the Dock.
You see the print status window:
2. Select the following options as necessary for your Mac OS version:
• To cancel printing, click the print job and click .
• To pause a print job, click the print job and click . To resume a print job, click the paused print
job and click .

Printing CAD Drawings
Your product can print CAD drawings from CAD software applications. You can print them using the
CAD/Line Drawing mode in the printer driver or change settings in the product to emulate HP-GL/2 or HP
RTL modes. The product automatically switches between normal printing and HP-GL/2 or HP RTL
emulation printing based on the print data it receives.
If mode switching does not execute correctly, set General Settings > Printer Settings > Language >
Network to HP-GL/2.
Note: Not all HP-GL/2 and HP RTL features are supported on the product.
