2. Pull out the paper cassette, remove the paper cassette cover, then carefully remove any jammed
paper.
3. Carefully remove any paper jammed inside the product.
4. Gently insert the paper cassette.
5. Follow the prompts on the LCD screen to clear any error messages. If you still see a paper jam
message, check the other paper jam solutions.
