Light status Condition/solution
The printer is turned on.
The power light is on
The power light is The printer is busy. Wait for the power light to stop flashing before turning
flashing off the printer.
The paper light is on Paper may be out. Load more paper in the cassette and press the paper
feed button to continue.
If multiple sheets have fed, press the paper feed button to eject the paper.
The paper size selected may not match any of the sizes set for the paper
sources. Press the paper feed button to clear the error, and select the right
paper size.
If the paper cassette is not installed, install it and press the paper feed
button.
