Necessary operating steps
If the red return electrode symbol lights up, check the following:
• Is the return electrode correctly connected to the device?
•
Does the long edge of the return electrode point to the operating field?
• Does the return electrode have sufficient contact to the skin?
1. Touch the instrument symbol.
2. Connect the instrument to the socket with flashing socket frame.
1 Switch on the device
2 Select program
3 Apply and connect return electrode
The long edge of the neutral electrode (1) must point to the operat-
ing field.
4 Monitor return electrode
