The vibration function is not suitable for all users.
– Please observe the contraindications on page 9.
NOTE:
Each programme starts with a warm-up phase and ends with
a cooling-down phase. A vibration pro
ramme normall
lasts
for 10 minutes. The vibration programme will terminate with
tanning programme if a tanning time of less than 10 minutes
has been entered and a one-minute long cooling down
phase will start immediately (example: 7 minute tanning
time, 7 minute vibration programme + 1 minute cooling-down
phase).
– Place your feet on the footmarks (1).
– Do not completely lock your knees (2).
– You can hold onto the handles to make you feel safer if you want (3).
– Select Programme 1 as the first application in order to test the compatibil-
ity (4).
– Press the START/STOP button (5) to stop the vibration plate if you think
that it is causing discomfort or vertigo.
