Venting Minimum Requirements
The air vent(s) can be any size or shape, provided that the total combined open surface area is at least
28000mm
2
.
Note: The EK1250/EK950 are shown as an example; the EK1550 requires two flues.
C2 Sealing Requirements
All joints in the flue system and between the gather / chassis should be sealed with a suitable high
temperature fire cement (able to operate at temperatures greater than 500°C) sealant / cement.
