APC-TF Series SERVICING
APC-TF Series controllers must be mounted with the heatsink positioned vertically, with no obstructions
above or below which could inhibit or impede airflow.
Attention!
If several units are mounted in the same cabinet, they should be arranged in such a
way that air expelled from one
cannot be drawn into the unit located above it.
In order to ensure correct cooling of the unit, users are advised, depending on the degree of
environmental pollution, to regularly clean the heatsink and (for 90A rating units) the protective
fan guard.
DANGER!
Cleaning should only be carried out when the controller supply is disconnected
and at least 15 minutes after it has ceased operating.
Every
six months check that the screws of the power and safety earth cables are
correctly tightened.
