Knife cleaning procedure: pour about 0.5 l of clear water in the container, switch on the
appliance and remove the impurities by several pulses. In the case of larger amount of
impurities, repeat the procedure several times, or pour 1 litre of water, add a small amount
of deterge
nt and switch on the blender for 1 minute.
For easier cleaning, take the knife F3
from the blender base F2 according to Fig. 11. To release the knife F3, use the release key F7.
Sealing replacement procedure
Proceed according to Fig. 11 and 18. If the sealings F4 and F11 is worn or damaged,
replace it with a new one (of identical type).
10) Pasta makers G.
Wipe the pasta adapters with a damp cloth after use. Do not immerse into water – avoid
water getting in the internal components!
11) Pasta formers I.
Immediately after use, wash the formers in hot water with a detergent and let dry out.
If necessary, you can wash them in a dishwasher, or you can easily clean them with
a suitable fine brush.
12) Grein mill for Cereals, Legumes and Rice Q
Clean the body of the grinder Q0 with a clean wet cloth. Plastic parts (i.e. hopper Q6) may
be washed in the dishwasher.
Never soak grinding stones Q2, Q4 in water and never use
a wet brush to clean their surface! Also, do not use any steel or
other metal brushers, steel wool etc. to clean the stones!
Avoid getting the grinding edges / grooves in contact with hard items, which would
blunt them and thereby reduce their effectiveness.
Any impurities in gaps or corners and grinding stones may be easily cleaned with the
provided brush Q8. When cleaning the grinding stones, be very careful! Make sure that the
grinding edges / grooves of the stones do not come in contact with hard objects that dull
them and thus reduce their efficiency.
Procedure for replacing stones (Fig. 17)
When the grinding stones are damaged or worn out too much, it is necessary to purchase
new ones and replace them. Disassemble the grinder. Using a suitable tool (such as
a screwdriver), release the cover Q1 by gradually inserting a flat screwdriver into the
created holes on the left / right rear part of the body of the grinder, releasing the arresting
locks of the cover by applying gentle pressure. You can now easily remove the cover.
Remove (knock out) the fixed grinding stone Q2 from the body of the grinder Q0. Replace
the stone with a new one. Them and thus reduce their efficiency.
Attention: Make sure that the cut created in the grinding stone precisely “fits” the
created protrusion on the body of the grinder.
If the distance ring Q3 is worn out or damaged, replace it with a new one (the same type).
Replace the assembled rotating grinding stone Q4 with a new one. When assembling the
stones, proceed in the opposite order.
