The ceramic igniter is very fragile. Make sure that
it is not damaged.

Check the ignition tube for deposits and remove them,
e.g. with a screwdriver.

Re-attach the ignition with the screws and the retaining
plate.
Only hand-tighten the screws, so that the ignition
is held by the springs. Do not overtighten the
screws, otherwise the ignition may be damaged.
