overlock
For a 3-5 mm wide 3 thread
overlock, remove the left needle.
Thread both loopers and then the
right needle.
For a 5-7 mm wide 3 thread
overlock, remove the right needle.
Thread both loopers and then the
left needle.
3 thread roll hem
Switch the lever
to
"R". See page
29.
Note:
The tensions may need
to
be
adjusted depending
on
the type of
fabric or thread being used.
Setting:
Stitch: 3 thread overlock
Needle: right
Tensions:
Needle: 3-5
Upper looper 3-5
Lower looper 7-9
Stitch length 1.5-2
Differential feed N (depending on
fabric)
Unpicking
seams
Cut the loops with sharp scissors.
Pull the needle thread and the
stitches will come undone.
