Thank you for choosing our product. We stand behind the quality of our electric bike and offer a 30-day limited
replacement warranty for manufacturer's defects. Please read the following information carefully to understand the
requirements and scope of our warranty conditions:
(1) The warranty does not cover damages resulting from over-charging or improper maintenance of the lithium-ion
battery installed in the unit. It also does not cover consumable parts such as tires or parts that are prone to break
easily, including glass or plastic components. Additionally, defects arising from normal wear and tear are not
covered.
(2) If you experience a warranty-related issue, we will assess the situation and decide whether to repair the
defective parts or replace them with functioning parts, free of charge. In cases where the product cannot be
repaired within a reasonable time or at a reasonable cost, EVERCROSS reserves the right to exchange the
product for a replacement of equal value.
(3) It is important to note that the warranty claim will not be valid if repairs or modifications are performed by
unautho rized individuals or if the product is equipped with additional parts or accessories that have not been
approved for use with our product.
(4) Activation of the warranty does not extend its duration or initiate a new warranty period. Any replacement parts
installed during the warranty period will have their warranty coverage aligned with the overall warranty period of
the entire product.
(5) Please be aware that any additional claims beyond the specified warranty coverage are excluded. This
includes claims for damages to the exterior of the product, unless there is a legal obligation to provide liability
coverage. It is essential to understand that EVERCROSS reserves the right to refuse any service claim that falls
