Fill the base with approximately 250 lbs of water or 370 lbs of sand for stability.
Align and attach the neck plate to the base using bolts, lock washers, and flat washers.
Secure the flex neck to the neck plate using bolts, lock washers, and flat washers.
Screw the connecting pole into the flex neck to complete the base assembly.
Insert the foam centre plug into the main foam section until it reaches the bottom.
Insert the white foam ring into the shell, pulling the shell around the ring.
Insert the black foam ring into the shell, pulling the shell around the ring.
Close the lid of the shell and secure it by zipping.
Insert the connecting tube into the shell to form the heavy bag tube.
Screw the adjusting pole into the connecting pole.
Slide the heavy bag onto the adjusting pole and twist to lock at the desired height.
Retighten all bolts on the unit and check for overall stability.
Use on a sturdy surface, fill with sand for best performance, adjust height, and consider recommended accessories.
