engine.Replacewhennecessary.

ServiceInterval:Every100hours
1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostopand
allowittocooldown.
2.Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplug.
3.Raisethetines.
4.Drainthefuelfromthefueltank(seeEmptying
theFuelTankandCleaningtheFuelFilter
section).
5.Slidetheovallockingringsupwardonthehandle
andfoldthehandletowardstheengine.
6.Slowlyliftthefrontofthemachine,usingtwo
peopleoranoverheadhoistwillmakethiseasier,
untilthebackofthemachineandweightpockets
arerestingontheground.Stabilizethemachine
withanoverheadhoist.
7.Removethetransmissionfromtheunit.
Note:Itwilltaketwopeopleorasecondhoist
tosafelyremovethetransmission.

8.Carefullycleanareaaroundtheexpansiontank
andoilllport.Itisimportantthatnodirtor
contaminationenterhydraulicsystem.
9.Removeandretaintheoilllportttingand
positionthetransmissionsotheoilwilldrain
completelyoutofthehousing.
10.Whenalltheoilhasdrainedfromthe
transmission,removeandretainthe#10-32x
1/2inchself-tappingscrewandratchetfastener
holdingtheexpansiontanktothehousing.
11.Removetheexpansiontankanddraintheoil.
Note:DoNotremovetheventcapfromthe
tank.
