OPERaTION
Espresso brewing
Important:
Always keep the
portalter inserted
in the group to
keep it warm. This
is very important to
maintain an opmal
temperature to get
the best possible
espresso.
Unlock and remove the portalter from
the group head.
Compress the coee with the
coee tamper.
Insert the lled portalter into the group
head and lock it into the correct posion.
Place one or two cups
beneath the outlet spouts.
Select the desired opon from the drink
buons.
Fill the lter basket of the
portalter with espresso grounds
(the amount may dier depending
of the lter basket size). For best
result use freshly ground espresso
beans.

WARNING!
Never try to open the portalter while the machine is in
operaon, as the pressurised hot water could cause scalding
or serious injury. Aer dispensing has nished, wait at least 3
seconds before removing the portalter.
