Espresso brewing
Important:
Always keep the
portalter inserted
in the group to
keep it warm. This
is very important to
maintain an opmal
temperature to get
the best possible
espresso.
Unlock and remove the portalter from
the group head.
Compress the coee with the
coee tamper.
Insert the lled portalter into the group
head and lock it into the correct posion.
Place one or two cups
beneath the outlet spouts.
Select the desired opon from the drink
buons.
Fill the lter basket of the
portalter with espresso grounds
(the amount may dier depending
of the lter basket size). For best
result use freshly ground espresso
beans.

WARNING!
Never try to open the portalter while the machine is in
operaon, as the pressurised hot water could cause scalding
or serious injury. Aer dispensing has nished, wait at least 3
seconds before removing the portalter.
