Fault:
Problem: The water level control provides water when it should not.
Cause 1: The level sensor/control centre electrical connection is broken.
Cures: Repair.
Cause 2: The frame earthing/control centre electrical connection is broken.
Cures: Repair.
Cause 3: The level sensor is dirty.
Cures: Clean. When dismantling do not unthread it from the insulator but remove it complete with the union.
Cause 4: The electronic control centre is defective.
Cures: Replace.
Problem: The water level control provides water when it should not.
Cause 1: The solenoid valve coil is defective (earth fault).
Cures: Check and replace if necessary.
Cause 2: The solenoid valve lifter is blocked.
Cures: Check and replace solenoid valve if necessary.
Problem: The water in boiler is still filling up and the safety valve leaks out water.
Cause 1: Level sensor is not connected.
Cures: Check and replace if necessary.
Cause 2: There is a contraries object inside the solenoid valve and the automatic level regulation.
Cures: Check and replace if necessary.
Cause 3: Gasket is trayed.
Cures: Check and replace if necessary.
