4. Installation
• THIS MACHINE IS SUITABLE FOR DOMESTIC USE
The machine should be installed on a flat and safe surface.
-Electrical Installation:
Please observe the following requirements:
a) It is necessary to earth the machine. Do not connect to a two-pin plug.
b) Do not connect the machine to a circuit containing other high drain devices. You
will trip the circuit breaker.
c) Avoid using an extension lead, adaptors, multiple wall sockets or multi box at the
connection of coffee machine to the electricity supply.
- Water Installation:
• If your machine was supplied with mains water connection it should connected to the
water mains via a 3/8 male fitting. It is strongly recommended that you use a water
softener if lime is an issue.
• If you are going to use the machine with the water reservoir:
a) Remove the upper lid from the coffee machine.
b) Take out the water reservoir.
c) Fill the water reservoir with lime free water.
