14.2.2
EEPROM Initialization
Press the SETUP key, the program will advance to the EEPROM Initialization
selection mode. The display will show:
Initiate EEPROM
Press ENTER
The EEPROM initialization will restore all memory locations with default
calibration data. All previous calibration data will be lost. Press the ENTER key
and the display will prompt you to continue with the EEPROM initialization as
follows:
Erase Cal. (Y/N)?
Y= ENTER N= EXIT
Press the ENTER key to begin the initialization. If the EXIT key is pressed you
will return to the maintenance menu. When the initialization has started the
display will show:

Restore Measuring Device F Default
Press the SETUP key, the program will advance to the MD:F default restore mode.
The display will show:
Restore MD:F
Press ENTER
Press the ENTER key to restore the device F default value to 1 K
. The display
will momentarily display the default value and return to the previous screen. The
display will show:
Restore MD:F
MD : F = 1000
This function is used to restore the default value before verifying the bandwidth of
the leakage current “voltmeter.” If measuring device F has never been calibrated
using a new measuring device circuit then you may not need to perform this
default restore. The default setting from the factory is 1 K
.
