1. Thewhiteplasticsensordomeshouldbecleanedwithadampclothwhennecessary.Use
onlyamildsoapifneeded.Donotusesolvents,abrasives,orharshdetergentstocleanthe
dome.
2. Storethemeterinanareawithmoderatetemperatureandrelativehumidity.
BatteryReplacement
Whenthebatterypowerdecreasestoacriticallevel,thelowbatterysymbol“ ”willappearon
theLCD.Replacethe2x1.5VAAAbatterieslocatedintherearbatterycompartment.The
batterycompartmentslideseasilydownwardforremoval.Ensurethatthecompartmentcoveris
securelyfastenedbeforeusingthemeter.
Neverdisposeofusedbatteriesorrechargeablebatteriesinhouseholdwaste.
As
consumers,usersarelegallyrequiredtotakeusedbatteriestoappropriate
collectionsites,theretailstorewherethebatterieswerepurchased,orwherever
batteriesaresold.
