Solid-State Drives
Solid-state drives (SSD) provide modular storage support. 5720-24MW and 5720-48MW models
accommodate one SSD module using a reserved slot on the rear of the switch, which is supported on
Fabric Engine release 8.7 and later. The5720-24MW and 5720-48MW models do not support an SSD
module on Switch Engine 32.1.
