Headset Spacers Bolt Spacers & Bolt Lengths
Choose the correct bolt length and spacer configuration
for your desired stack of headset spacers.
*If required install 5mm bolt spacers as pictured in yellow in figure 3-23.
** A 1mm flat washer is always required on each of the 4 bolts.
For traditional or continental brake routing, use Park
IR-1 to route brake hoses as pictured.
For UK or "moto" brake routing, use Park IR-1 to route
brake hoses as pictured.
Install the 4 x M6
bolts and evenly
tighten to 8 Nm.
Install rear barstem cover and tighten bolt to 1 Nm
