Factor SLiCK - Steerer Rod and Stem Mounting (2-4, 2-5); Headset Adjustment Finalization (2-6, 2-7)

Lightly grease and install steerer rod and tighten until there
is no bearing play but the headset still spins freely.
Install stem and tighten M6x20L bolts to 10 Nm Check headset adjustment as bearing preload may have
changed during stem installation
