The dispensing of hot water is controlled by the economizer
which permits mixing hot water from the boiler with fresh cold
water from the mains and controls its temperature.
With this system, water quality is improved and assures the
best results for the operator.
After having placed an appropriate container under the
dispenser (10), proceed in either of the following two ways:

Dispensing, whether for dosed servings or in the continuous
dispensing mode, can be interrupted at any time by pressing
the START-STOP push button ()

- When using any of the dosing buttons, the distribution may
be interrupted at any time by pressing the previously active
key again.
- The adjustment of the economizer for regulating the deli-
vered water temperature is made by the installing service
technician.
