DESCRIPTION OF SYSTEM ERRORS
REF. 1711
ERROR 307: Undervoltage of the power bus
The mains voltage is lower than the permissible value (rated voltage < 380
V AC).
Disconnect the power supply and check the proper condition of the lines.
The application demands high current peaks and the mains supply line has
too much impedance.
Check that the power bus plates are tight and the fuse of the power supply.
ERROR 314: Crowbar overload error.
I²t protection of the Crowbar resistor.
ERROR 308: Over current in regeneration circuit.
Contact Fagor Automation S. Coop.
ERROR 601: Communication error with the rotor encoder.
ERROR 310: Low voltage at the driver of the High Side IGBT.
Contact Fagor Automation S. Coop.
ERROR 9020: Open power line phase.
One phase is not connected in the main power supply.
ERROR 9021: Instantaneous power-off alarm.
A power-off for more than one period is occurred in AC.
ERROR 9041: Reserved.
ERROR 9042: Servomotor type error.
The parameter setting of servodrive does not match the servomotor.
ERROR 9043: Servodrive type error.
The parameter setting of servodrive does not match the servomotor.
ERROR 9044: Reserved.
ERROR 9045: Absolute encoder multi-turn data error.
Absolute encoder multi-turn data is wrong.
ERROR 9046: Absolute encoder multi-turn data overflow.
Overflow of absolute encoder multi-turn data.
ERROR 9047: Battery voltage under 2.5 V.
Absolute encoder multi-turn data is lost.
ERROR 9048: Battery voltage under 3.1 V.
Battery voltage is too low.
ERROR 805: No encoder has been detected on the motor.
The drive has been set (parameter GP2) with a resolver; but the motor
feedback is not of this type. Maybe the motor has an encoder instead of a
resolver.
Make the GP2 value coherent with the type of feedback installed.
Contact Fagor Automation S. Coop.
ERROR 9051: Absolute encoder overspeed alarm detected.
Absolute encoder multi-turn data may be wrong.
Error reasons:
1. The battery is not connected or the battery voltage is insufficient.
2. The power supply to servodrive is not turned ON when the battery voltage
is normal, or the servomotor running acceleration is too high due to external
reasons.
ERROR 9052: Absolute encoder failure.
Encoder or the encoder decoding circuit is faulty.
ERROR 9053: Serial encoder calculation error.
Encoder or the encoder decoding circuit is faulty.
