ERROR 9054: Error in parity bit or end bit of serial encoder.
Encoder signal is disturbed or the encoder decoding circuit is faulty.
ERROR 9055: Serial encoder communication data checking error.
Encoder signal is disturbed or the encoder decoding circuit is faulty.
ERROR 9056: Error in end bit of serial encoder.
Encoder signal is disturbed or the encoder decoding circuit is faulty.
ERROR 9058: Serial encoder EEPROM data empty.
The EEPROM data of serial encoder is empty.
ERROR 9059: Serial encoder EEPROM data format error.
The EEPROM data format of serial encoder is incorrect.
ERROR 9060: Communication module not detected.
Communication module is not plugged or the communication module is faulty.
ERROR 9061: Communication module or CPU error.
CPU of communication module operated abnormally.
ERROR 9062: Servodrive cannot receive periodic data from communication module.
Receive channel of servodrive data or send channel of communication
module is faulty.
ERROR 9063: Communication module cannot receive servodrive response data.
Communication module is faulty.
ERROR 9064: Communication module and bus unconnected.
Bus communication is faulty.
ERROR 9066: Defective CAN communication.
CAN communication is faulty because of abnormal communication
connection or disturbance.
ERROR 9067: Master station pulse timeout.
The master station sends pulse time timeout.
ERROR 9069: Synchronization signal monitoring cycle is longer than setting.
The filling time and the cycle of the synchronous signal do not match.
