6. Dealing with errors
The WebLinkBox has the following error reports:
Error Cause Solution F2000 / 700 FC
Error: Application busy There has been no
interaction for more than 5
minutes.
Press Home to login again.
Error: System logged out There has been no
interaction for more than 5
minutes.
Press Home to login again.
Error: Communication with
controller failed!
There is no or faulty
communication with a
700-system or
FC-controller.
Try to contact the controller
again. If this is
unsuccessful check the
following:
1. Is the controller
switched on?
2. Has the computer
number been changed?
3. Is the cable damaged?
4. Has the controller been
updated with a new
software version?
Error: Control(s) or remote
DD file not found
There is no or faulty
communication with a
700-system or
FC-controller.
Try to contact the controller
again. If this is
unsuccessful check the
following:
1. Is the controller
switched on?
2. Has the computer
number been changed?
3. Is the cable damaged?
4. Has the controller been
updated with a new
software version?
