S3- Montage des
Formatschiebetisches
XL
Der Formatschiebetisch XL wird
komplett zusammengebaut in einer
separaten Transportkiste geliefert.
Der Tisch ist komplett voreingestellt
und wird mit dem Koppelsystem
montiert und braucht nicht mehr
eingestellt werden.
Nehmen Sie den Tisch aus der
Verpackung und entfernen Sie die
Befestigungsmuttern V von den Bol-
zen B.
Achtung !! Die oberen Befestigungs-
muttern O dürfen auf keinen Fall
verdreht werden, da diese einge-
stellt sind.
Schrauben Sie die unteren Befesti-
gungsmuttern M von den Gewinde-
stiften und nehmen Sie die Kugel-
pfannenpakete P heraus.
Achtung !! Die Kugelpfannenpakete
dürfen nicht untereinander verwech-
selt werden und müssen genau bei
dem Gewindestift verwendet wer-
den, bei dem sie bei der Lieferung
aufgefädelt sind.
Setzen Sie den Schiebetisch auf die
Koppelplatten K auf. Bei den mittle-
ren Gewindestiften G müssen vor-
her die dazugehörenden Kugelpfan-
nenpaare P eingefädelt werden.

Schrauben Sie die Grundbahn H mit
den Muttern V auf den beiden Kop-
pelplatten K fest.

Entfernen Sie nun die Transportkeile
W vorne und hinten an der Linear-
führung des Schiebetisches.
Siehe Abb. 3
Öffnen Sie die Schiebetischarretie-
rung und schieben den Schiebe-
tisch ganz nach rechts.
Fädeln Sie die entsprechenden
Kugelpfannenpaare ständerinnen-
seitig von unten auf die Gewinde-
stifte G auf und schrauben Sie die
Grundbahn H von unten mit den
dazugehörenden Muttern bei den
Gewindestiften G fest.
Die obere Befestigungsmuttern O
dürfen dabei auf keinen Fall verdreht
werden !!

S3- Mounting the
panel sliding table
XL
The panel sliding table XL is deliver-
ed completely assembled in a sepa-
rate transport crate. The table is
entirely preset and is mounted with
the coupling system, so it need not
be set again.
Remove the table from the packa-
ging and remove the securing nut V
from bolt B.
Attention!! The upper securing nuts
O must not be turned, since they
are adjusted. Unscrew the lower
securing nuts M from the setscrew
and remove the ball socket packs P.
Attention!! Do not exchange the ball
socket packs, they must be used
with the exact same setscrew on
which they were threaded at deli-
very. Place the sliding table on the
coupling plates K. Beforehand, you
must thread the corresponding ball
socket pairs P on the middle setscr-
ew G. Refer to fig. 1
Secure the base rail H to the cou-
pling plates H with nuts V.
Refer to fig. 2
Now remove the transport wedges
W at the front and rear of the sliding
table's linear guide.
Refer to fig. 3
Open the sliding table catch and
slide the table completely to the
right.
From the inner side of the base,
thread the corresponding ball
socket pairs from below onto the
setscrews G and secure the base
rail H from below with the corre-
sponding nuts on the setscrews G.
Do not in any case turn the upper
securing nuts O!!

S3- Montage du chariot
coulissant à format
XL
Le chariot coulissant XL est livré
entièrement assemblé dans une
caisse séparée. Le chariot est déja
règlé et sera monté avec un systè-
me de fixation ne nécessitant plus
de règlage.
Dégagez le chariot de son emballa-
ge et enlevez les écrous de fixation
V sur les broches B.
Attention!! Les écrous supérieurs O
ne devront en aucun cas être
touchés parce que ceux-Ái sont
déja règlés.
Dévissez les écrous inférieurs M(G)
des broches filetées et enlevez les
rondelles-cuvettes P.
Attention!! Ces rondelles-cuvettes
ne devront pas être mélangées pour
être impérativement remontées
ultérieurement à leurs emplace-
ments respectifs initials.
Posez le chariot sur les plaques de
fixation K. Enfilez auparavant la
paire de rondelles-cuvettes P sur les
broches centrales G.

Fixez avec les écrous V la base du
chariot H sur les plaques de fixati-
ons K.

Enlevez les cales de transport W à
l'avant et à l'arrière des guides
linéaires du chariot.

Dégagez le blocage du chariot et
coulissez celui-Ái complètement à
droite.
Engagez la paire de rondelles-
cuvette à leurs emplacements initi-
als sur les broches G à l'intérieur du
bâti et fixez la base du chariot H
avec les écrous sur les broches G.
Les écrous du dessus O ne devront
en aucun cas être dérèglés!!
