Check tire pressure regularly.
Take care for specified tire pressure.
(See chapter 12.2)
Observe permissible axle loads and total weights for
tractor.
After the first two hours
of operation check and re-
tighten all screws and nuts. For tightening torques see
chapter 12.
The traffic instructions mentioned in chapter 14 are to
be observed and kept.
CAUTION:
Even if the windrower is operated in accordance
with the instructions, the following risks could not
be completely excluded:
• Front axle of tractor is discharged by trailed
machine. Therefore, performance and
steerability, especially when travelling
through curves could be impaired. Possibly,
load with ballast could be necessary.
• Danger due to externally actuated machine
parts.
• Turning rotors cause danger - take care for
safety distance.
• Noise information: 70 dB (A)
4. DESCRIPTION
The FELLA TS 880 PRO swather is designed for
forming central swaths.
Special features:
• Swivel headrack for connection to lower links.
• Axle pivot steering (Ackermann type) for chassis
wheels through turning shaft in frame tube.
• Mechanical safety lock for transport position and
limited lifting in turning position.
• Automatical adjustment of swath width according
to preselection in transport position for adaptation
to different crops.
• Long swath former automatically swivelling into
transport position.
• Control cam adjustable from outside, in closed
casing.
• Continuously adjustable working depth of each
rotor by crank handle.
• Detachable rotor arms and hoop guards which
can be folded down in order to reduce transport
height.
• Swivelling protection hoop for guarding the tools
in working position.
• Big raking rotors with cardanic suspension and

5. MOUNTING OF THE MACHINE
Assembly of the machine may only be executed ac-
cording to assembly instructions and only by experi-
enced staff or specialised workshops, respectively.
Before taking into operation check oil level in gear-
boxes and lubricate machine.
