6.5 Working mode
6.5.1 Adjust the machine to suit the type of work to be done and the material to be cut:
- Adjust the height of cut, as shown in FIG. 26
- To cut grass, the rotational direction is that shown in FIG. 29
- To cut bushes, sticks and branches, the rotational direction is that shown in FIG.

The machine is supplied with an adjustable protection cowling on the front.
In the case of particularly heavy-duty work it is possible to raise the
cowling, making sure to work only in the direction of rotation indicated
in FIG. 32.
ATTENTION: In this configuration, safety against stones or various fragments being
thrown (even through rebounds) is not completely guaranteed. Therefore
this must only be done for jobs far away from housing, where there are no
people or animals within a radius of 50 m, with the help of escorts or in
any case under the responsibility of the operator.
