until the “caliper” opening position is
reached, then press again button A on
side 2.
By pressing the safety lock button E-
fig. 147 on the driver’s door panel,
next to the electric window switch-
es, it is possible to prevent second and
third row controls from being used by
rear passengers (children).

To open:
– unlock doors;
– pull handle A as illustrated. Gas
filled struts help the hatchback to open
smoothly and easily.
To close:
– lower it by using handle B-fig. 153,
then press on the lock until you hear
the door catch.
