      There are several reasons why your Fire dept Indoor Fireplace might not be starting. It could be due to: a lack of gas supply, so you should check the gas supply; a lack of power supply, so check the power supply; a low or poor pilot flame, so check the flame size and pressure; an interrupted signal from the flame rectifier, so check the flame rectifier and wire to sit pack; an interrupted signal to the sparker electrode, so check sparker gap and wire to sit pack; an incorrect sparker electrode gap, so check sparker electrode gap is 3mm; or the glass not correctly positioned, so reposition glass.
